Senior Tax Advisory Manager / Associate Director

This is a brand new Tax Advisory role supporting a Tax Director who manages a range of exciting and varied Tax Advisory projects. 

We are looking for someone to join them and assist to supervise, develop and mentor up and coming tax professionals as well as support and run Tax Advisory projects and collaborate with other areas. 

It is a brilliant opportunity with so much exciting work examples of which are:

  • ▪  Designing bespoke share incentives

  • ▪  Tax valuations of shares subject to complex ratchet structures

  • ▪  EMI valuations

  • ▪  ERS sections of due diligence reports

We are looking for a Senior Tax Manager or Associate Director with the technical skills and strong experience in tax valuations and share schemes to make an instant impact. It is such an exciting role as it mixes technical advisory projects, management and development of the team, client relationships, internal technical support and collaboration.
