Are you ready to take the next step in your career? My client is looking for a dynamic and driven VAT Associate Director to join their expanding team, with a specific focus on M&A. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside a fantastic Transactions VAT Director, playing a key role in the delivery of complex and interesting tax projects.

About the Role:

As a VAT Associate Director, you will be a vital part of the team, responsible for managing a diverse range of transactions and VAT-related projects. You will:

• Conduct indirect tax due diligence, identifying VAT risks and making commercial recommendations for both buyers and sellers.
• Provide VAT structuring advice throughout transactions to ensure efficient solutions for clients.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through effective delegation, on-the-job coaching, and formal feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the Transactions VAT Director to support business development initiatives, including proposal preparation and client relationship building.
