Job Details

The duties of the partner and employment tax manager will include:

  • Partner Tax Compliance Management: Oversee the completion and review of partner tax returns, provide tax advice on partner matters (e.g., share awards, pensions), and communicate process updates to partners.
  • Partner Pay Process: Support partner tax aspects of pay, including preparing end-of-year statements and handling HMRC tax payments.
  • Process and Compliance Initiatives: Assist with implementing Basis Period Reform, MTD, Trust Registration Service reporting, and liaise with National Tax on requirements.
  • Ad Hoc Tax Advice: Provide guidance on IHT planning and other partner-requested tax advice.
  • Group Employment Tax Support: Oversee P11D and PAYE processes, address technical queries, and manage tax compliance for internationally mobile employees.
  • Risk and Controls: Help assess risk, update procedure notes, and support ad hoc projects for maintaining compliance and control integrity.
