Opportunity to join Top 10 accountancy practice and be part of their East Midlands Corporate Tax team in an Assistant Manager role offering real variety, interesting advisory project work and real ownership of your portfolio.

Your new role
As a Corporate Tax Assistant Manager in this team, you will manage the relationship with clients ranging from privately owned and PE backed businesses through to large listed and internationally owned groups. Your role will encompass a mixture of corporate tax compliance work alongside advisory work across a range of projects which might include due diligence, shareholder planning, M&A work, group re-organisations, MBOs, demergers and debt capitalisation.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be either close to qualifying or recently qualified ACA/ACCA/CTA with solid corporate tax experience. My clients will consider individuals from a pure compliance background, those doing a similar role with a mix of work and potentially individuals with a general practice background wanting to specialise in corporate tax. Most importantly you will have the people skills to build and develop strong relationships with clients and will enjoy tackling varied tax research to give your clients the best advice.
