The corporate tax team deals with all aspects of tax structuring, exit planning, reorganisations, refinancing, TP, withholding tax, double tax treaties and a range of other tax areas.
The role will involve you providing tax advice to large OMB’s and international corporations. You will also deal with the more complex compliance work.
You will have the opportunity to work with partners and senior managers on projects to generate new clients and more work from existing clients.
This is an all-round tax position, that will allow you to develop your client skills. You will also mentor more junior staff and improve your own knowledge by growing theirs.
