Your new role
As the successful Tax Manager, you will review Corporate Tax compliance while providing timely and accurate advisory work on behalf of a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring a high quality service for all. You will develop and maintain effective relationships, identifying and resolving Tax requirements. You will liaise with a multitude of individuals internally, from Assistants to Partners, supporting other senior members on more complex technical assignments. Areas are likely to include loss relief, tax relief on interest, transfer pricing, R&D tax relief, capital allowances, group reorganisations, shareholder reorganisations, international tax matter, and acquisitions and disposals.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record in a Corporate Tax capacity within a Practice environment, including reviewing and supervising work carried out by more junior Tax professionals, and carrying out advisory services on behalf of clients. Ideally you will be CTA qualified, however, those with ATT, ICAS or equivalent qualifications will be considered on a case by case basis. You will be a team player who is motivated with excellent verbal and written communication.
