Your new company

A dynamic, growing and reputable Top 20 firm, with almost a century of experience providing expert advice to an ever-growing client base, spanning the automotive, healthcare, hospitality, travel and manufacturing industries, to name a few.

With a roster of over 60 Partners, managing a total of over 500 staff spread across several offices in and around London, the scope for professional exposure and personal growth is considerable, and the firm prides itself on its track record investing in people, be it clients or employees.

Your new role

You will be a principle member of a corporation tax specialist team with a focus on providing tax services to a wide range of clients across a variety of industry sectors. A client facing role, it will require a candidate who is able to operate in both solo working and team-based environments to achieve targets and meet deadlines.

Your main areas of focus will be around restructuring, group tax planning, venture capital tax reliefs, share schemes and valuations, and corporate and property acquisitions, among others. US and UK tax experience are both essential for the successful completion of your duties, as the firm is heavily involved in US tax matters and offers access to a strong roster of clients.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be expected to have the industry knowledge to identify tax efficient opportunities for clients, and the confidence to liaise with partners on implementing opportunities. You will act as a line manager for junior staff, meaning your ability to train, and professionally grow those below you are crucial.

On the technical side, a history of client portfolio management is essential, as is competency with Microsoft Office. Additionally, a CTA and solid Alpha tax experience is preferential.

What you'll get in return

You will gain exposure to a rich and diverse client base across many exciting industries, which are ever-changing and guaranteed not to be predictable. A competitive holiday package of 25 days, plus competitive salaries, pensions, and non-discretionary bonuses after probation make up just some of the compelling benefits on offer.
