Your new company

Your new role
You will be required to directly support the tax partners and directors on a variety of tax planning projects, helping with strategy and advisory work. Other responsibilities will include; Company restructuring, Employee share schemes, Dividend planning, Alphabet share structures, EIS and SEIS shares, Acquisition and disposal of private companies / unincorporated businesses, Management buy outs, Non UK resident individuals, companies and trusts, Corporate tax advisory, e.g. loan relationships and derivatives and Year-end tax planning.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position you will need to have a broad knowledge of corporate, personal, business and capital taxes. A CTA / ATT qualification would be preferred for the successful applicant but it is not required. You will need to be able to complete tax planning projects, working towards tight deadlines and and do so with an ability to spot additional billing opportunities alongside your duties (i.e. possess a strong commercial acumen). Quality client care is vital to the success and longevity of the firm's business so confidence and precision in your articulation will also be a big aid.
