The real title of this role should be partner designate, as it is the firm’s intent to hire someone who can achieve this. You can make this happen in a 24 month or 36 month time frame. The partners have enough work to create a portfolio for you and there is a plan in place to ensure this.

The role will involve you working alongside 3 of the partners in a technical and client facing capacity. There is also an element of business development, although that is not the main focus of the role - this can be decreased or increased depending on the individual. Clients range from companies with 10s of million turnovers to several hundred million. Most of the clients have a strong international slant to them.
