We are recruiting for the corporate tax team of a ranked firm. The head of the team wants to bring on a corporate tax professional who can progress to director.

Some aspects of the role:
Planning and ad-hoc projects
Undertake tax advisory projects, reporting to the tax partners and often working alongside non tax specialists from other teams - corporate finance. Tax work includes: tax structuring, transactions tax and international tax, remuneration planning, share option schemes, EIS
Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients.
Review corporation tax computations and returns for your portfolio.
You can also have the opportunity to get involved in the following:
- Involvement in marketing.
- involved in in-house training.
- Involvement in presentations.
- Involvement in business development.
The team does not get it’s people to take on responsibilities they don’t wish to pursue, but supports its strength.
