Your new role
You will be managing the international Payroll & Benefits function. This will include vendor management across a number or EMEA countries. You will be managing the benefits including the renewals and you will be driving projects in order to improve the Payroll function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be experienced managing a EMEA Payroll function. You should also have a great work ethic and be passionate about process improvement.
