Your new role
You will be managing the UK and EMEA payroll function in a sole role, managing the relationships with the outsourced providers and taking an analytical approach to ensure that the payroll is processed accurately. You will be leading the process improvement as well as taking ownership of setting up new international payrolls. This role involves working collaboratively with HR and Finance
What you'll need to succeed
You will need some experience working with international payrolls as well as the experience working effectively in a sole role. You will also need strong analytical & excel skills.
