Global mobility has faced unprecedented challenges in the wake of the pandemic. And yet, demand for services continues as the industry looks to support the displaced and evolving assignees facing new and different circumstances.
One team at the forefront of this is looking for a manager to work closely with the leadership team to nurture and grow the relationship with both new and existing clients, and assist in the management of the department. It is very much a hands on role and encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, from being a key client relationship holder, to a technical and coaching support to more junior staff.
Clients range from medium sized corporate programs to private individuals and as such the team requires a breadth of technical knowledge across the expatriate tax piece, with sometimes the occasion to stretch outside the usual scope. The ability therefore to research technical issues and interpret legislation is important. The team are looking for someone who is very collegiate, but also able to take the initiative independently, within the parameters of the firm’s risk policy. This is very much a team where you have a voice and your contribution is valued.

It is expected that you will be qualified to at least ATT level and will have a diverse range of expatriate tax experience.
