This role is with a fast growth US Technology business who are looking to appoint a UK based Direct Tax Lead.

An incredibly diverse role, reporting into the US, this role will see you responsible for managing all taxes and playing a critical part in the further expansion of this aggressively growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Tax accounting
Tax planning
Co-ordinate and manage the audit process
Managing the outsource tax compliance
Prepare & report all DAC6 filings
M&A involvement
Assist on a new Transfer Pricing policy implementation

Skills and qualifications required:

Fully qualified CTA/ACA
US GAAP experience
Excellent working knowledge of European Corporation Tax at an individual country level
