We are currently working with this Big 4 client who are looking for Employment Taxes talent to join their Southern Employer solutions team with a real focus on Share Scheme, Reward & Incentives.
Working with a well-connected Incentives & Reward Partner, where your role will be varied and challenging. You will be involved in helping listed and private companies with all aspects of designing, implementing and operating share and cash incentive arrangements in the UK and overseas, including supporting clients in meeting their tax, legal, regulatory and compliance obligations. Within the role you will be challenged on the compliance aspect as well as leading client advisory & providing high impact advice. You client portfolio will support a wide range of clients from Global corporations to smaller 'fast growing' owner managed business.
The business is 'in-tune' with the modern working world and encourage the role to be a full-time role or are happy to review the role on a part time or flexible working arrangement.
