• Working within the group tax team of this FTSE 250 multinational
• This is a pivotal role in forming the group's organisational model
• You will project lead and business partner with major internal stakeholders and advisors on commercial and strategic initiatives, tax risk and the further expansion into emerging markets.
• Manage and implement high profile group reorganisation and financing.
• Lead tax-efficient repatriation of cash, managing intercompany balances, improving governance and transfer pricing position.
• Manage permanent establishment risks
• Align and optimise IP structure, R&D investment and royalty streams with changing business.
• Opportunity for a 4 or 5 day week, majority remote working role.
