M&A Assistant Tax Manager for a Big 4 firm in London
Your new company
You will be joining the M&A Transactions team of a Big 4 firm. This team whilst based in London works on projects with colleagues nationally therefore providing scope for a variety of technically challenging work. You will be joining a large national team comprising of c.450 staff and 38 partners.
Your new role
As an M&A Tax Assistant Manager on the team you will deal with lots of M&A deals and private equity work, The work is mainly transactional: buying/selling companies or using assets to fund pension liabilities. This role will be technically challenging as much of the work is non routine. This is a project based role where you will get to manage whole process from start to finish.
What you'll need to succeed
The work is very deadline driven but exciting and varied, therefore you must be a highly motivated individual. You must be prepared for long hours when completing a deal but given down time will be given when things are quieter.
In order to be considered you must be ACA or CTA qualified with Corporate Tax experience. Candidates qualified ACA coming from an audit background looking to change into Tax will be considered.
