You will be supporting the director on their work as well as being responsible for the management and training of the junior staff in your team. The work you will be dealing with is focused on the issues of HNWI’s. This is primarily a compliance/ management role but there will be opportunities to get involved in the advisory and delivery of the work.
This company has tripled in size within 6 years and its growth is not slowing! So what does this mean for you? Well soon you will have a choice to make either stay at this level and work closely with the director, or progress upwards and step into directorship and lead your own team.
