The team deals with high net worth individuals and their onshore and offshore structures, in addition to the general advisory work for Non Doms. Whilst this is a team with a strong international focus, they also have UK based wealthy families that are in need of advice - CGT, IHT etc.
The type of clients this team has in place would not be out of place in a Big 4 firm. Unlike a number of the larger corporate firms, this business has a great work life culture. This includes flexible working and the option to work from home. Despite not working long hours, the team is highly successful and promotion is first rate - proof that you can have your cake and eat it.
You will be assigned a mentor.
The senior team will provide you with the mentorship you need to get up to speed with the issues of their clients and the complex advisory work.
