Your new role
As a valued member of a medium-sized Personal Tax Team, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio consisting of, but not exclusive to, trusts, partnerships, sole traders, directors and high-net-worth individuals, some with varied investment portfolios and thus interesting and complex tax requirements. You will primarily focus on delivering high-quality compliance work but the opportunity to develop into supporting with tax planning is available. You will also be responsible for the supervision of several more junior members of the team; reviewing their work, whilst managing work-flows and identifying planning opportunities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality personal tax compliance work to stringent deadlines, in a specialist or mixed tax role within a Chartered Accountancy firm. Your experience will include reviewing Personal Tax computations. Ideally you will be ATT and/or CTA qualified but this is not essential. Coupled with this technical knowledge, you will have excellent communication and organisation skills.
What you'll get in return

Standard working hours are 9am to 5pm but they will consider alternative working patterns on a case by case basis.
