This is a great opportunity for someone looking to be in a supportive and honest environment but at the same time working for one of the main private client practices in the region. The role will be to act as a key adviser to some of the firm's most prestigious clients which are a good blend of old and new money. The client base is a mix of agricultural/landed estates, entrepreneurs from the firm's budding OMB client base, non-domiciled and professional partnerships. Being a key member of the leadership team, this person will manage and mentor less experienced staff and take a stake in developing new business.
The right person will either be well networked in the region or be looking to relocate and be able to demonstrate good business development skills. Technically, the person will need to have a broad private client advisory experience and will be either an existing senior manager or a top-end manager looking to step up.
