Your new role
As Director for the Birmingham Reward Practice you will lead an experienced and growing team of Reward specialists and develop longstanding and new client relationships. You will advise on all types of equity incentive arrangements for quoted companies, privately owned businesses and private equity backed companies on the design and implementation of share based incentive plans in the UK and overseas. People in the team come from a variety of backgrounds all bringing different skills and perspectives, ensuring their clients get the best possible advice.
What you'll need to succeed
With significant experience in the area of Executive Reward including reward or share plan design and implementation and experience in managing and developing client relationships, you will need to demonstrate a fresh perspective, be able to think differently, and to develop and implement new and value adding solutions.
What you'll get in return
As the second largest office in the UK you will have the same level of great technical work as London but with more leadership responsibilities and a package that in real terms has far greater value than what you would earn in London (taking into account house prices and overall cost of living). Salary will be £six figures + a substantial bonus, car, pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, health assessment, group income protection, parking, 25 days holiday plus option to buy an extra 10.
