I am working with an exciting brand in West London who are looking to bring in a Reward Partner on a full time permanent basis.
Your role is varied, and you will be responsible for managing the compensation, benefits and global mobility across the UK.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Grading a large number of positions within the business, as well as salary reviews and bonuses.
- Review and redesign the benefits packages to ensure competitiveness in the market
- Responsible for the internationally mobile employees ensuring policies are in place and implemented locally.
- Work closely and be the first point of contact for HRBP's on compensation and benefits issues
This role requires somebody who can manage challenging Stakeholders and able to implement changes into the business. You will have previously managed the compensation and benefits of a fast paced business.
