This growing Reward team within a Big 4 firm is looking for a share schemes senior manager to deal with a broad range of reward / share plans work including listed and unlisted and UK and global work. In particular there is opportunity to work across both the reward consulting area and the firm’s more traditional tax and equity based offering. This is a key role which will involve working closely with the partner / director team on technical matters and also undertaking man management and business development responsibilities.
You must be a share plan / reward specialist with a minimum of 6 years’ Reward experience from a professional services firm background. Share scheme lawyers are encouraged to apply as the department has a successful track record in progressing their careers.
