13. Others as business needs dictate - the business is incredibly dynamic, and candidates must be willing to change priorities at short notice.

What you'll need to succeed

This is a really important hire within the context of the team. It is essential that the successful individual is qualified (ACA, ACCA, and / or CTA) with outstanding hands on tax compliance experience. It is likely that this individual will have significant in-house experience (or been on secondment) and understands the touch points and nuances of an in-house role. This individual must be able to work independently but knows when to take advice if needed both internally or externally.
