Corporate Tax Senior Manager and Corporate Tax Director

Due to recent growth they are now seeking to appoint a senior corporate tax manager and a corporate tax director to join them in their office in the west end.
The practice has a portfolio of approximately 500 incorporated entities which have UK tax presence. The firm's clients include a number of groups with a heavy bias towards London and South East England, service sector and real estate. The firm's ethos is to provide high quality, proactive advice and assistance to all clients.
These are new hires for firm's business tax team, delivering a proactive, timely and comprehensive service to clients, covering all areas of the UK tax landscape. You will need to be able to work closely with your tax colleagues and collaborate with our accounts teams, the finance functions of major clients, and the other professionals working with our clients.
The successful candidate will need to have a detailed knowledge of business tax especially UK corporation tax and NRL. The role also requires a good understanding of a wide range of areas including but not limited to VAT, company share schemes, EMI, EIS, CIS, ATED and Stamp Taxes to be able to advise effectively and we shall encourage you to maintain and develop this knowledge.
As an experienced generalist with significant post qualification experience (CTA is a requirement and a Chartered level accountancy qualification would be beneficial) you must be able to present well to both colleagues and clients and will be ambitious to continue to your personal and professional development.
You will provide a key role in assisting with the management of the department and supervision and development of 5-6 members of the business tax team.
