Top 4 Accountancy Firm require a Tax Manager to join their Reward Services Division. The Reward Services Division is a dedicated national team that advises on the design, tax, market practice, corporate governance, regulatory and accounting aspects of management and broader employee incentive structures.
Your new role
As the Tax Manager within this Firm's Regard Services team you will advise on incentive plan design and structuring, advising on the tax, legal, regulatory and corporate governance aspects of incentive arrangements for both UK and global clients. Primarily you will work on the design, implementation and tax advisory aspects of incentive arrangements and contribute to the growth of their Reward Practice. Working alongside partners, directors and senior managers, you will also be involved in managing the delivery of client work and development of junior team members. You will also be involved in business development activities to include client proposals, presentations and writing articles.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Tax Manager will be an experienced reward./share plans specialist, ACA/CTA or equivalent qualified with an understanding of the UK tax and legal issues that arise in relation to long-term and equity based incentive arrangements. Strong project and financial management skills and the ability to identify and manage areas of risk within clients' business.
