Transfer Pricing Assistant Manager / Manager needed for a growing team in Germany's capital city, Berlin! An ideal position for an ambitious looking to excel in a growing an entrepreneurial firm in the capital. The firm has recently brought on board new leadership for a more dynamic and entrepreneurial take on Transfer Pricing and would like to bring in like-minded Managers. The most urgent need is in Berlin but there are vacancies across Germany.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Advising multinational corporations and medium-sized companies on the development of transfer pricing strategies
  • Analysis and design of the accrual of results in cross-border situations
  • Support in international mutual agreement procedures and Advance Pricing Agreements (APA's)
  • Identification of optimisation potentials and development of client-specific solutions taking into account tax and business aspects
  • Participation in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and the defence of transfer pricing in external tax audits
  • Analysis of existing transfer pricing systems

Requirements for the role:

  • A degree in economics, law or a comparable subject area
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in transfer pricing, controlling, strategic corporate governance or international taxation
  • Fluency in English (German language skills highly advantageous)
