Your new role
Your primary responsibility in this job as VAT Senior Manager will be to manage a portfolio of clients and, alongside the partners, be the main point of contact for clients across the North West region. You will regularly be involved with tax planning and complex transactional tax issues and will also reviewing and signing off final advice. A major part of the VAT Manager/Senior Manager role will be picking up the existing work that the firm has for you as well as the opportunity to begin developing business with new and existing clients.

What you'll need to succeed
You must be accountancy or tax qualified. In order to be successful in this role, you must have significant UK VAT knowledge and experience. Experience of project and staff management as well as confidence with a large portfolio of clients will also be necessary for this role. If you have previously been involved in business development and have knowledge of numerous industries' indirect tax markets, this position will provide excellent career progression and the opportunity to challenge yourself with an interesting and varied workload.
